Meet Abigail, this month’s Star Student! Abigail began swimming at Five Star Swim School of Eatontown in July, 2016. After swimming for 6 consecutive sessions, Abigail has worked her way up from a level one all the way to a level four in just over a year!
Abigail had been attending summer camp where she was struggling with swimming. Her mother, Cassandra, listened to a friend’s recommendation to enroll Abigail at Five Star Swim School. Cassandra began to notice that her daughter not only improved with swimming, but in her life outside of Five Star as well! Attending swim lessons has helped Abigail become more focused. Swimming has also improved Abigail’s confidence and her attention span. Cassandra says she loves Five Star Swim School because of the all-around supportive environment, caring office staff, patient and engaged instructors and the comfort provided to parents in our viewing area.
Abigail says she loves Five Star Swim School because of our fun themed parties each month. Abigail’s favorite thing about swim class is “the fun parts”, of course! Additionally, Abigail loves her instructor Ms. Sarah because she is kind and talks to her students like they are real people, not babies.
For most of her time here, Ms. Sarah has been teaching Abigail how to swim. Ms. Sarah says having Abigail in her lessons is a treat because she is always positive and has plenty of energy. Ms. Sarah especially likes that Abigail is always up for a challenge and is willing to complete everything instructed. In their time together, Ms. Sarah has noticed that Abigail has improved the most with her endurance and has worked hard to perfect her freestyle technique.
