Monthly payments will continue until the Withdrawal Form has been completed. We do not accept verbal, handwritten, or email withdrawal requests. Withdrawal Form must be filled out before the 1st of the month in order to stop monthly payments.

*If applicable: At the time of withdrawal, your non-refundable deposit will be applied for the designated last month of lessons or kept on file for future re-enrollment. Any monetary amount kept on file as a credit will be valid for one year from withdrawal. Credit may be used for any services offered, transferred to family or friends, or gifted/donated.
