Edison: Guppies Class Schedule ( 2.5 yrs - 5 yrs )

Guppies 1

In this level children acquire water confidence while developing basic swimming techniques with the assistance of an instructor. Skills taught are water submersion, glides, roll overs, kicking on back with a kick board, elementary backstroke, and back floating. Students will be introduced to the basic arm motions of front crawl.

Guppies 2

In this class children will build upon the skills taught in level 1. As students become more confident, the instructors will provide less assistance.

Guppies 3

In this level children will begin to swim independently. Students will perfect their technique and swim longer distances.
